Service terms

Terms of service

Effective August 25, 2026

These terms govern your use of Rendemo, including its recording tools, hosted demos, MCP server, and connected applications.

Using Rendemo

You may use Rendemo only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity in your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the instructions sent through connected applications such as ChatGPT or other MCP clients.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Rendemo the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, and deliver that content to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to capture, upload, crawl, publish, or otherwise use the content you provide.

Recording, crawling, and publishing

Do not record, crawl, or publish confidential information, personal data, or third-party material unless you are authorized to do so. Publishing can make a demo or sandbox available to anyone with its public URL. You are responsible for reviewing redactions, lead-capture settings, and the material you choose to publish.

Connected applications

A connected application acts on the instructions and permissions you give it. Review proposed tool actions before approving them, especially actions that publish, replace, unpublish, or remove public experiences. You can disconnect an OAuth client or revoke credentials from your account settings.

Acceptable use

You may not use Rendemo to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, evade access controls, misrepresent affiliation, conduct unlawful surveillance, or disrupt the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Rendemo, or the public.

Service availability

Rendemo is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rendemo disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may stop using Rendemo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date here. For questions about these terms, contact support@rendemo.com.
